Privacy Policy

Verixa is a pre-launch demo product. Today the only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us on the early-access form: an email address, plus — optionally — your company size and what you buy most. We will never sell your data. This policy explains how that works.

The "Request a quote" demo runs entirely in your browser on sample data — we do not see or store the products you type into it.

After the demo, you may see an optional "Would you use this?" question. If you answer it, we store an anonymous response — which of Yes / Maybe / No you picked, the product you queried, and an optional note — with no email, name, or other personal data. It is never linked to you, and you can dismiss it without answering.

If you sign up for early access, we ask for your email address (required, and only kept if you explicitly opt in by confirming consent). We also ask two optional questions — your company size and what you buy most. These optional fields are stored only if you provide them. We do not collect your name or any other information unless we tell you otherwise at the time of collection.

We use your email address only to send you updates about Verixa — for example, when early access opens or when new features are available. If you provide optional details like your company size or what you buy most, we use them only to improve Verixa and personalize the updates we send you — for example, sharing tips relevant to your business. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of this information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Every email we send will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time (see "Your rights" below).

We do not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this site.

If we add any in the future, they will be strictly functional (for example, remembering your preferences) or, if we use analytics, we will update this policy and tell you what we measure and why before we start.

Early-access signups are stored securely with our hosting provider, transmitted and stored encrypted, and kept only as long as needed for the purpose described above — or until you ask us to delete them. We don't use the data for anything else.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
• Ask us to delete it at any time.

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@verixa.dev and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, call them out on the site. We collect nothing beyond what's described on this page: an email address and the optional details you choose to give us on the early-access form. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and seek your consent where required before doing so.
