Verixa is building an AI procurement platform intended to help small and midsize businesses find vendors, compare pricing, and manage purchasing. The site you are using today is an early demo of that product.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The "Request a quote" feature on this site is an interactive demonstration, not a real purchasing service. When you enter a product, the recommendation you see — including matched vendors, prices, and lead times — is illustrative sample data generated for the demo. It is not a real quote, it does not come from real vendors, and Verixa has not negotiated any of the prices shown.

You should not rely on demo results for any business decision or purchasing action. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell goods or services, and no order placed through the demo is a real order.

The site and everything on it — including the demo, sample data, and any other content — is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Verixa does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any demo results are accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verixa and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of this site — including any reliance on demo results.

Because this is a free demo site, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it (which is currently $0).

When you use the site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or its data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying systems;
• Misrepresent demo output (such as sample recommendations) as real quotes, real vendor offers, or real Verixa services.

The Verixa name, logo, site design, code, and content are owned by Verixa and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our permission.

Anything you submit to the site (such as a product name typed into the demo) is yours. We only use it to run the demo for you and do not claim ownership of it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. These terms survive any termination of your access.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, call them out on the site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
